- Objetivos: General: to describe and assess the potential benefits of a community-based one-step HCV screening and confirmatory strategy for MSW, TWSW and HIV-negative MSM in Barcelona using an HCV-RNA detection assay on DBS. Específico: (i) to describe the validation of this HCV-RNA assay, (ii) to describe the implementation of the strategy, and (iii) to describe the encountered HCV prevalence and associated factors.
